Our high‑definition CNC plasma tables can cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 1″ thick with minimal bevel and smooth edges. The computer‑controlled process uses a high‑velocity stream of ionized gas to melt and cut metal with incredible accuracy. We can handle single prototypes as well as production runs, with part nesting software to maximise material yield and reduce scrap. In addition to CNC plasma cutting, we offer complete metal fabrication services. Our shop includes a press brake for bending up to 10 feet, shears for trimming, tube benders, notchers and MIG/TIG/Stick welding stations. We fabricate from sheet, plate, tube and angle to build finished assemblies that are ready for installation. We also provide drilling, tapping, countersinking, hardware insertion and assembly to ensure each part fits precisely in its final application.
